Solutions

Start with the operational challenge. Explore packaging, protection and warehouse solutions tailored to the way you work.

Explore by challenge

EV & Battery Transport

Packaging concepts for EV components and batteries. Protection, handling and compliance requirements are reviewed for each project.

Weight & Cost Reduction

Switch from heavy metal containers to lightweight plastic smart pallets and crates – lower truck weight, more load per truck and lower transport costs. Example: 33 boxes per truck, 80 kg lighter each = about 2.6 t more payload (~10%); folded empties need about 50% less return transport.

Liquid Transport

Foldable IBC systems with aseptic liners, selected around the liquid, filling process and return flow.

Custom Racks & Containers

Application-led racks and containers designed around your parts and production process.

Inner Packaging

Textile and PP/EVA separators help organise and protect components inside reusable packaging.

Label Management

Placard residue-free label holders support clean, repeatable relabelling.

Custom Textile Dunnage

Part-specific textile dividers and protective interiors for sensitive and painted components.

EV & Battery Transport

Packaging concepts for EV components and batteries. Protection, handling and compliance requirements are reviewed for each project. Typical solutions: cell and module trays, battery pack transport frames, ESD and fire-retardant versions, and inserts designed for automated handling.

Weight & Cost Reduction

Replace unnecessary material weight with lightweight honeycomb PP structures and returnable systems. 10 mm honeycomb PP side walls (3000 g/m²) replace heavier wood and steel structures: more payload per truck, easier manual handling, lower return costs.

Liquid Transport

Foldable IBC systems with aseptic liners, selected around the liquid, filling process and return flow. Foldable IBCs (approx. 1000–1600 l) with aseptic or standard liners for juice concentrates, food ingredients, paints and chemicals. Folded empty return saves truck space.

Metal & Wire Mesh Containers

Robust reusable containers for industrial parts, storage and handling. Foldable wire mesh and steel containers in standard and custom sizes, with cost-effective production options in Turkey, China and India.

Custom Racks & Containers

Application-led racks and containers designed around your parts and production process. Designed from your part drawings: concept, sample and series production with our manufacturing partners in Turkey.

Inner Packaging

Textile and PP/EVA separators help organise and protect components inside reusable packaging. Textile pockets, PP/EVA dividers and foam inserts that protect sensitive surfaces and keep every part in a fixed position.

Label Management

Placard residue-free label holders support clean, repeatable relabelling. Placard Hold & Release label holders: labels are changed without residue, reducing label-cleaning and washing costs.

Warehouse Organisation

Storeganizer solutions organise small parts and improve access to warehouse storage. Storeganizer high-density pocket shelving stores more small-part SKUs in the same floor space.
